At 3-1, hard roll at level 4 without pre-leveling. Stay around 20 gold and slow roll for 3-stars. Once Cho'Gath is 3-star, you can stop. Ezreal can be finished later with Duplicators. After that, just level and add more Brawlers and Longshots. Frontline in one line, two backline carries split to both sides. More of a fun comp. If Cho'Gath hits 3-star early, he can become a 10k+ HP monster in late game. The issue is getting your backline cut by Assassins, and your late-game damage can fall off.

Early on, give Cho'Gath Protector's Vow and Adaptive Helm to stack HP faster. Later, swap into resistance and HP items. Usually you only have enough items for one real backline carry—if you hit 2-star Jhin, move the items there; otherwise keep them on 3-star Ezreal. Put utility items like Sunfire Cape and Evenshroud on your secondary tank.
