| Graves / Fiora | AD Carry | Quicksilver / Night's Edge, Giant Slayer, Sterak's Gage | None |
| Vex | AP Carry | Guinsoo's Rageblade, Armor Shred, Hextech Gunblade | None |
| Tahm Kench / Nunu | Main Tank | Sunfire Cape, Warmog's Armor, Gargoyle Stoneplate | None |
Operation Strategy
After the hotfix, the probability of 3-star 4-cost units sneaking wins has decreased. This composition currently has the highest win rate and is the top choice if your economy is good. Note: if Tahm Kench comes late, don't force it. This is the strongest composition in the current Set 17 version, built around the Nova trait with Aatrox and Akali. Aatrox provides resistance shred for the whole team, and Akali grants critical strike chance to everyone, greatly boosting the output of 5-cost units Graves, Fiora, and Vex. The Spatula Blitzcrank is very strong and can be developed as a third carry. The standard composition forms at level 9, consisting of Aatrox, Akali, Maokai, Tahm Kench, Fiora, Shen, Morgana, and Graves, forming 2 Nova, 2 Berserker, 2 Bastion, 2 Armored. Playable conditions are getting a large economy augment at the start or achieving a win streak. If you can reach level 10, you can add Sona / Jhin / Maokai etc. For items, physical carry Graves or Fiora items are almost interchangeable; prioritize giving them to the higher quality champion. Fiora prioritizes Night's Edge, Graves prioritizes Quicksilver. Vex absolutely needs Guinsoo's Rageblade, damage amplification items, and Hextech Gunblade. Main tank Tahm Kench or Nunu should prioritize Sunfire Cape if you lack grievous wounds.
Trait Recommendations: Get Nova Emblem for Fiora or Graves to activate 5 Nova; pick up Berserker Emblem for Graves.
In-Game Operation: Early game, prioritize 3 Seaborn with AD items or Urgot with attack speed items to transition. Alternatively, 2-star Caitlyn can hold Vex's items. If you're losing, you can add 2 Future for development. On a win streak, adding Future in Stage 4 doubles your benefits. Based on economy, health, and contesting players, choose to go to level 9 and roll heavily at 4-2/4-5/4-7. If health is around 50, roll for 2-star main tank + two 2-star carries then go to level 10. If health is average, get three 2-star carries before going to level 10 to add recommended champions. For positioning, generally position on the opponent's weaker side, allowing Graves and Fiora to more easily cut into the backline, and also helping Vex stack bonus stats.

| Aurelion Sol | Main Carry | Jeweled Gauntlet, Rabadon's Deathcap, Armor Shred | Void Staff |
| Galio | Main Tank | Gargoyle Stoneplate, Sterak's Gage, Titan's Resolve | Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage |
| Master Yi | Secondary Carry | Leftover AD Items | None |
Operation Strategy
This is currently the easiest 4-cost composition to lose-streak and stabilize, offering flexible construction and lower cost, especially suitable for transitioning with AP or tank items, or starting with a lose streak. TFT's Aurelion Sol skill can directly bypass the frontline to hit the backline; its T0.5 strength makes it playable every game. The regular composition consists of Urgot, Viktor, Galio, Tahm Kench, Master Yi, and Aurelion Sol, forming 6 Mech, 2 Bruiser, 2 Berserker, 2 Psychic. If you have many AP items, you can raise Karma as a secondary carry. If 4-cost units lack items or you're low on gold, you can adjust flexibly. Late game, if you can reach level 9, you can replace 4-cost units with 5-costs of the same trait.
Item Analysis: Prioritize Aurelion Sol and Galio's three core items. Aurelion Sol's core items are Jeweled Gauntlet and Rabadon's Deathcap. The best third item is Armor Shred or Void Staff, and many artifact items are also usable. Galio's formulaic three-item setup is very tanky, and can be substituted with Gargoyle Stoneplate, Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage. Note that Masterpiece Upgrade should prioritize Gargoyle Stoneplate. Secondary carry depends on items and champion rolls. You can raise Master Yi (as recommended, but Master Yi is a bit weak, can pick up leftover items/not give items) or Karma (grievous wounds, resistance shred, provides utility/AP damage).
Composition Interpretation: This composition, combined with Tahm Kench's solo trait effect, makes it easy to steal 3-star 4-cost units. When you get Radiant items, suitable Yasuo elemental hexes (Ice Crystal hex greatly boosts Galio, Storm hex is strong for Aurelion Sol), new artifacts, or Phantasm items, you also have the strength to win.
Thief Master Route: Choose multiple economy augments, use Future with Seaborn to transition, aggressively save gold and rerolls, quickly push to level 8 and hard roll for Mech to form quickly. Afterwards, don't go to level 9; instead, at level 8, chase 3-star Galio, Aurelion Sol, and other 4-cost units. If you hit them, you win; if not, you can still get a decent placement. With Tahm Kench providing economic support, it's easier to chase 3-star if you are uncontested. 3-star Galio's strength is higher than many 5-cost units, and 3-star Aurelion Sol's strength also ranks in the top three. Small detail: In 3-star 4-cost mirror matches, Aurelion Sol should not transform for faster damage output. Tahm Kench, Master Yi, Karma can cause upsets.
Specialized Routes: If you don't get economy augments / it's harder to hit 3-star in higher ranks / after TFT Aurelion Sol's backline hitting mechanic is fixed, you can still play with specialized routes. (1) Artifact Route: Play if you get an artifact suited for Aurelion Sol or Galio. Use Zoe or Teemo to hold Aurelion Sol's items for an economic transition. (2) Lose-Streak Phantasm Route: Play if you collect Tier 2 Phantasm items (given after at least 300 stacks). If you get tanky Phantasm items, Galio becomes unkillable, and these two can improve your placement by more than 1. If you get AP Phantasm items, Aurelion Sol can also use them, but the boost isn't as significant as for Galio. The extreme 300-stack 'harvest' formula is to lose-streak 5 games early, at the latest activate 3 Phantasm by 3-1, continue lose-streaking 5 more games, and you can reach it without changing a single unit. (3) Expedition Route: The third operation strategy is also a lose-streak. Use the Expedition formula at 4-1 or 4-2 to claim a Radiant Reforger, upgrading Gargoyle Stoneplate or Rabadon's Deathcap to stabilize.
Positioning: Galio solos the frontline, and Aurelion Sol positions on the left side to be less susceptible to dives.
Augments: Prioritize item-related augments to ensure optimal items for both carries, followed by augments that help chase 3-star 4-costs, such as Expedition, Patient Virtue, Twin Guardian, Hibernating Forge, Solo Stoneplate, Divine Forge, 4-Cost Reinforcements, Banking Account, Golden Dragon, Golden Bet++, Subscription Service, New Recruit. For Divine choices, Yasuo and Kayle are best, followed by Ekko.
In-Game Operation: Early game, use 2 Future / 3 Phantasm / 3 Seaborn to transition, accumulating economy and perfect items. For the Expedition formula, feed 1-cost and 2-cost units for the first two waves, then average 3 gold per wave for the next 10 waves, completing by 3-7 (monster rounds count). Activate stabilization at 4-1. Around 4-2, go to level 8 and roll heavily. Put in the recommended composition based on your rolls, and remember to transform all Mechs. After Aurelion Sol and Galio are 2-star, save gold. Based on contesting players, choose to go to level 9 or chase 3-stars.

| Teemo | Main Carry | Guinsoo's Rageblade, Giant Slayer, Rabadon's Deathcap | None |
| Lissandra | Secondary Carry | Guinsoo's Rageblade, Hextech Gunblade, Giant Slayer | None |
| Leona | Main Tank | Gargoyle Stoneplate, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Warmog's Armor | None |
| Nasus | Secondary Tank | Spirit Visage, Dragon's Claw, Gargoyle Stoneplate | None |
Operation Strategy
This composition consists of Leona (1-cost), Lissandra (1-cost), Nasus (1-cost), Teemo (1-cost), Mordekaiser (2-cost), Zoe (2-cost), Illaoi (3-cost), Nunu (4-cost), Blitzcrank (5-cost). The final traits are 6 Armored, 3 Space Groove, 3 Shepherd, 2 Judge, 2 Dark Star.
6 Armored provides massive armor and magic resistance, 3 Space Groove grants frontline units a rhythmic state for healing and attack speed, 3 Shepherd strengthens ability effects, 2 Judge provides shields and crowd control, and 2 Dark Star provides Attack Damage and Ability Power.
Early Game Operation: At level 5, use Leona, Nasus, Teemo, Mordekaiser, Illaoi to form Armored and Shepherd traits. These low-cost units are easy to find, making the frontline extremely tanky and stabilizing your health.
Mid Game Operation: At level 7, add Lissandra (keep her from earlier) and Zoe to activate 2 Judge and 2 Dark Star. This increases your damage and crowd control, leading to strong mid-game stabilization.
Late Game Operation: At level 9, add Nunu and Blitzcrank to form 6 Armored and 3 Space Groove. Everyone becomes a meat shield, making it unsolvable in the late game.
Augments: Bronze for Life (first choice, increases damage for each Bronze-tier trait owned), Best Friends (suitable for clustered positioning, individually paired units gain attack speed and armor), Wartime Rations Recurve Bow (provides attack speed item for Teemo to stack his passive faster), Climbing the Ladder (when an ally dies, teammates with the same trait gain stats), Embrace (adjacent allies gain bonus resistances at combat start), Clockwork Accelerator (champions gain attack speed every 3 seconds, perfect for Teemo).
This Armored Teemo composition cleverly combines the tankiness of Armored units with the sustain of Space Groove. The operational strategy is clear: stabilize early, spike in the mid-game, and once Teemo has optimal items and is 3-star, combined with the double resistances of 6 Armored, almost no composition can withstand this onslaught.

| Nami | Main Carry | Guinsoo's Rageblade, Jeweled Gauntlet, Spear of Shojin | Nashor's Tooth, Morellonomicon |
| Poppy / Rammus | Main Tank | Any Tank Item | Sunfire Cape, Warmog's Armor |
Operation Strategy
TFT Set 17's Nami casts spells very quickly. This composition is flexible and adaptable, with considerable strength. If you have a Space Groove Emblem, you can prioritize pairing it with a Space Groove system. If not, you can build around multiple traits. The frontline positions of Poppy and Rammus can be flexibly replaced based on champion rolls and items with Blitzcrank + Nasus, LeBlanc + Sona, or two of Traveler / Rhaast / Morgana, making it easier to chase 3-star 4-cost units in the late game. The composition centers around Nami as the core damage dealer, paired with high-quality frontliners and support champions, forming a stable and high-burst magic damage composition.

Operation Strategy
In Set 17, many other emblems have been nerfed. The Space Groove Emblem is now the strongest emblem, so prioritize playing this composition if you get a Spatula. If you have a Space Groove Emblem, you can choose this composition; Riven with Space Groove Emblem is very strong. At level 8, roll for 2 to 3 two-star 4-cost units, then go to level 9 and add Shen. Without a Space Groove Emblem, you can raise the hidden 4-cost Samira, using 2 Future trait with Ezreal to fill in. At level 8, roll for 2-star units excluding 5-costs, then carry the 2 Future into level 9 and add Shen (if you have items, replace Riven with Pantheon). With Blitzcrank and Jhin, you can activate 4 Armored, or continue to use 10 Future trait.

This Set 17 composition is suitable for beginners or when augments are not ideal for high-cost carries, when you're just starting out, or when under pressure. This is a strong 3-cost reroll composition that can consistently climb. The core idea is to quickly chase 3-star Samira and use her high burst damage to clean up.

| Illaoi | Main Tank | Gargoyle Stoneplate, Frozen Heart, Warmog's Armor | Other Tank Items |
| Nami | Secondary Carry | Void Staff, Jeweled Gauntlet, Spear of Shojin | Morellonomicon (if no Sunfire) |
Operation Strategy
A powerful 3-cost composition in Set 17, considered the strongest currently. The hotfix had little impact on Viktor, and Psychic items remain strong. Playable conditions are having Drone or Symbiotic Implants (2 Psychic items) at the start. The standard composition forms at level 8, consisting of Lissandra, Mordekaiser, Kindred, Pyke, Illaoi, Rhaast, Viktor, and Nami, forming 3 Shepherd, 2 Mage, 2 Dark Star, 2 Traveler, 2 Armored, 2 Oracle, 2 Psychic, 1 Savior. Viktor has a longer cast time, so pure damage items are recommended. Drone or Symbiotic Implants are best. Illaoi as main tank needs pure tank items. Nami as secondary carry provides additional damage and utility. Early game, you can use Zoe or Wukong (paired with 2 Future) to transition, or lose-streak with 3 Seaborn 2 Future. Around 3-5, go to level 7 and roll, finding the base composition and 2-star main carry and tank. Normally, save interest to chase 3-stars then go up levels. If contested, go to level 8 with 2-star units to complete traits and find 2-star Nami, or switch to Mech. For positioning, stand on the opponent's weaker side to allow Pyke to hook the backline. Kindred should stand on the outermost side to take early damage and activate their ability to crowd control more units. Prioritize economy or reroll augments, then artifact augments, and finally combat augments. For Divine choices, prioritize Varus.

| LeBlanc | Main Carry | Guinsoo's Rageblade, Giant Slayer, Jeweled Gauntlet | Armor Shred (must be paired with Jeweled Gauntlet), Artifacts, Armored Emblem |
| Nunu | Main Tank | Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage | Other Tank Items |
| Karma | Secondary Carry | Void Staff, Spear of Shojin, Jeweled Gauntlet | Ionic Spark, Morellonomicon |
Operation Strategy
This Set 17 composition is extremely strong, infinitely stacking AP around the "Judge" effect, and is not easily contested. The standard composition at level 8 consists of Leona, Mordekaiser, Kindred, Zoe, Illaoi, Nunu, LeBlanc, and Karma, activating 4 Armored, 3 Judge, 3 Shepherd, 2 Dark Star, 2 Traveler, 2 Oracle.
Playable Conditions: Choosing the Judge effect that grants AP after auto attacks/dealing 10 instances of damage is best. If the condition for gaining AP is attack speed or other prerequisites, you need good items before playing. If you have a Shield Emblem, choose the effect where increased shield effect = increased AP.
Early Game Transition: Early game, you can use Zoe or Teemo to hold LeBlanc's items for transition, expanding your traits. Alternatively, you can lose-streak with Future Warrior or Seaborn to build economy, waiting for Stage 3 carousel to pick LeBlanc.
Mid Game Operation: Around 4-2, push to level 8 and roll for the recommended standard composition.
Late Game Formation: Around 4-5, roll for 2-star LeBlanc, 2-star Illaoi or Nunu. If health is stable, consider going to level 9. If health is average, roll for all 2-star units at level 8 to secure a decent placement. At level 9, typically add Morgana. As long as it doesn't break 3 Judge, 2-star Bard or Blitzcrank can also be added directly. If you have 2-star Vex, you can replace LeBlanc and transition into Armored Nine-Five.
Trait Recommendations: Get Armored Emblem for LeBlanc (activates 6 Armored); pick up Judge Emblem (allows Zoe to be swapped for Bard or Leona for Blitzcrank).

| Rammus | Main Tank | Crownguard, Sunfire Cape, Gargoyle Stoneplate | Warmog's Armor |
| Riven | Secondary Carry | Bloodthirster, Last Whisper | None |
Operation Strategy
The core of this composition is the replication hexes provided by the 7 Spirit trait. Combined with economy augments, it's easy to chase 3-star 4-cost units. After the version's buff, Corki has high burst damage, and once completed, the win rate is extremely high.
Early Game Transition (2-1 to 3-2 stages)
Prioritize picking up 3 Spirit, pairing with Agent trait for a win streak, while adding the "2 Future" trait (assisted by economy augments). Alternatively, you can use a 2 Mage + 2 Fated system for a stable transition, adjusting flexibly.
Mid Game Formation (4-2 stage)
At stage 4-2, quickly level up to 8, activating the 7 Spirit trait. At this point, you need to find 2-star Corki and 2-star Rammus to start stabilizing and securing your health.
Late Game Chasing 3-Stars (After level 8)
After level 8, depending on the number of rolls available, focus on chasing 3-star 4-cost units within the composition, such as Corki and Riven. Once you successfully hit 3-stars, you can generally secure the win and effortlessly claim first place.

Operation Strategy
This is a Set 17 composition that relies on the "Phantasm" harvesting trait. Playable conditions are having 3 Phantasm at the start, or being on a 4-loss streak with suitable items at the latest by stage 3-2. The standard composition forms at level 7, consisting of Leona, Kindred, Jinx, Illaoi, Diana, Alune, and LeBlanc, forming 3 Phantasm, 3 Judge, 3 Shepherd, 2 Challenger, 2 Traveler, 2 Armored. Later, you can go up levels to add Rhaast, Galio, Morgana, etc. For Judge effects, prioritize "dealing 10 instances of damage / auto attacking to gain resistances or shields". Phantasm stacks are determined by your lose-streak situation. The goal is to reach multiples of 100 to 'harvest' rewards. 200 stacks are acceptable, 300 stacks can stabilize your health, and 400 stacks usually leads to a win.
Positioning: Alune should position on the third hex from the left or right, making it easier to hit more enemies with her ultimate. Diana and summoned units should stand next to Illaoi to prevent being focused down immediately.
Augments: Prioritize augments suitable for lose-streaks or delayed power spikes, followed by economy augments, such as Little Giants, Patient Virtue, Heroic Satchel, Banking Account, etc. For Divine choices, Soraka, Varus, Kayle offer excellent bonuses. Avoid Evelynn, Aurelion Sol, Ekko.
In-Game Operation: Mindlessly lose-streak, then around 3-5 or 3-7, go to level 7 to gain interest and roll lightly. Safely keep two rounds of buffer, and 'harvest' your rewards around 4-1. After harvesting, roll heavily for at least one 3-star 3-cost unit to stabilize health. Unless there are many contesting players, chase 3-stars before going up levels to add Kayn.

Operation Strategy
After the hotfix, data has recovered. There are few players using Seaborn to transition, and items are suited for this playstyle. This Set 17 composition is suitable for beginners and is very strong. If you can gather 3 Seaborn at the start or have suitable items, you can choose this. The standard composition consists of Rek'Sai, Briar, Aatrox, Caitlyn, Akali, Urgot, Maokai, and Kindred, forming 5 Nova Agent, 3 Seaborn, 2 Bruiser, 2 Challenger, 2 Berserker.
Early Game Transition: If you have good items and high quality, you can choose to level to 4 at 2-1, 5 at 2-5, 6 at 3-2 for a win streak transition. If quality is low, you can use 3 Seaborn to passively build economy.
Mid Game Operation: After reaching level 6 at stage 3-2, start rolling. Find 2-star Urgot + 2-star Akali or one Maokai, then save gold. Save interest to chase 3-stars for both carries, then level up to add Aatrox and Caitlyn. Low-cost Seaborn units can be chased to 3-star opportunistically.
Late Game Formation: After reaching level 8 and activating 5 Nova, if you don't have an emblem, prioritize giving the selector to 2-star Maokai for full-board crowd control. If health is average, roll for 2-star Kindred and 3-star Maokai at level 8. If health is stable, you can directly level up to add the recommended 5-cost units.
Trait Recommendations: Get Nova Emblem for Urgot; pick up Seaborn Emblem for Akali or a tank, optimizing Briar.

Although heavily nerfed before Set 17's launch, it can still stabilize health with suitable items. The core is the Nova Emblem. After activating 5 Nova, give the selector to an auxiliary unit to gain high attack speed and double resistances, plus a team buff. When Fiora can reach 2-star, you can transfer Master Yi's items to her.

Operation Strategy
This composition is very demanding in Set 17.1B. It requires Ekko's Artifact + the Judge effect that restores mana after dealing 10 instances of damage to allow Zoe to cast abilities infinitely. At level 6, first form a system of 4 Armored + Zoe + Lissandra. Then focus on rolling to chase 3-star Zoe and 3-star Leona / Mordekaiser. Afterwards, by leveling up, seek Karma or LeBlanc as secondary carries to further boost the composition's damage output.
